Weekly Update October 12-14

Welcome Back from Thanksgiving break!

Many students have not completed their modules.  It is imperative that students complete the work.  The class continues on if whether or not students are present in the class, do not finish homework, or do not use class time wisely.

Last day of term 1 is November 3.

Weekly Update:

Wednesday October 12: Lab 9: French Toast and Orange Julius.  Mini demo for pretzels.

Thursday October 13: Lab 10: Pretzel buns.

Friday October 14: Lab 11: Oreo cheesecake cupcakes

Next week we are starting our final module 3.  Please make sure you bring your laptop to complete the assignments.  You will be given 5 classes to complete all work.  Remember, you must complete module work before you are allowed in the kitchen.
