Wireless connecting issues with my laptop

Are you experiencing these issues with wireless at school?

Did you select "Forget this Network" when your wireless timedout?

Did you delete Student-POD from your wireless list?

Here are some things to check before you seek technical help.

  • Check your DNS. If you watched Netflix outside Canada your DNS has been altered and you can no longer access the internet at school. Reset your DNS.
  • If you selected "Forget this Wireless" all your Student-POD settings are lost. Follow the instructions on setting up your wireless at school for your appropriate OS found on this site.
