The Bobcat Backers Society (BBS) is a non-profit group of parent/guardian and community member volunteers whose mission is to work together to fundraise to meet the needs of all students at Bow Valley High School (BVHS). Money is raised for a variety of items needed by the school to help support and enhance student learning.
BBS meets regularly to discuss events, fundraising activities, and the future needs of our school. BBS will raise money in a variety of ways such as hosting special events, guest performances, movies, individual donations, etc.
If you are passionate about fundraising, come and join us, we have lots of work to do! All parents/guardians of BVH students and members of the Cochrane community are welcome to attend BBS meetings and contribute. At the annual general meeting (AGM), the successes of the previous year are highlighted and a new board is elected. BBS encourages more parents to become involved and make a difference in your child’s education!
