Printer PIN reset:
https://pc01.rockyview.ab.ca:9192/userLog in with @rvschools.ab.ca credentials -> Left hand side, click change details -> pick a new 4 digit PIN.

 

WIFI CONNECTION INSTRUCTIONS

Mac:

To connect to WIFI on a Mac, click on the WIFI symbol and select RVS.  Enter the username (ie. josephfsmith - no @rvschools.ab.ca) and password (the password that you use for Google/Moodle).

Your MacBook may ask you for extra permission to use the WIFI, and ask you for another username and password.  Typically, this second set of username/password is the username/password you would use for signing into YOUR MAC, and NOT school based accounts.

PC:

To connect to WIFI on a PC, click on the WIFI symbol and select RVS.  Enter the username (ie. josephfsmith - no @rvschools.ab.ca) and password (the password that you use for Google/Moodle).

Chromebook:

  • Click on the WIFI symbol and select RVS.
  • When the menu opens, change the following fields:
    • LEAP -> PEAP
    • Automatic -> MSCHAPV2
    • Default -> Do Not Check
  • Scroll down to 'Identity'
    • Enter in the username (ie. josephfsmith - no @rvschools.ab.ca)
  • Scroll down to 'Password'
    • This is the password that you use for Google/Moodle
  • Click on Connect/Continue/Next/etc.
