Transportation Registration Deadline Approaching

Register before Aug. 1 to ensure service on the first day of school. Registrations received after Aug. 1 may not be processed until after Sept. 18 and will experience delays of two to three weeks before they can ride the bus.

School Supplies

Required:

  • All students are encouraged to have their own laptop.  Either Windows, MacOS, or Chromebook.
  • For all math students in grade 9, a scientific calculator is suggested.
  • For all math students in grade 10, 11 & 12 aTI-84 Plus CE calculator is the recommended resource.
  • Math 31 students will need a scientific calculator.

Other than above, there is no specific supply list for students attending Bow Valley High School, rather each teacher will let students know what is necessary for their class.  Be prepared with the basics: paper; pens; pencils; etc.

Additional recommended supplies:

  • Student Planner
  • USB Disk / Flash Drive
  • An external hard drive for data backup

All students are recommended to have their own laptops at Bow Valley High School. The specifications for what is needed are listed below:

MAC

For any BVHS student that needs a chromebook for the day (ie, if a student does not have one, or has forgotten theirs at home, etc), they can come to the Learning Commons and rent one for the day.

There will be NO computers signed out for the full year.  Day use only.

Computer must be returned by end of day, and are not to be taken home.

Please ask either Miss. Larocque, or Mrs. Holliday for assistance signing out chromebooks.

Chromebooks are first come, first serve.
